Second City Solutions LLC provides real estate acquisition and referral services in Cook County and Lake County, Illinois. We offer three paths:

1. Fast Close - Direct purchase by Second City Solutions LLC
2. Coordinated Sale - Connection to our investor network
3. Professional Listing - Referral to licensed real estate agents

Real Estate Disclosures

• Stephanie Siegel is a licensed Illinois real estate broker affiliated with Compass
• Brett Siegel is not a licensed real estate agent
• Paths 1 and 2 are provided by Second City Solutions LLC and are not brokerage services
• Path 3 involves licensed brokerage services through Compass

SMS/Text Message Terms

By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages:

• You agree to receive text messages from Second City Solutions LLC
• Messages may include property updates, appointment reminders, and follow-ups
• Message frequency varies
• Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan
• We use automated technology to send some messages
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
• Reply HELP for customer support
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
